Issue and Solution with Preparation of Despatch List

Despatch Module issue with preparing Depatch list

Some of the Post office having issue with prepare despatch list. Its getting too slow to prepare the deaptch list.  this issues has been taken up with CEPT.

Solution Received from CEPT

1. Please delete old data which is not using before getting permission from your higher authorities.

2. First take counter database backup and delete your old data from POS System Administrator login. 

Note :Keep only for past 18 months data in system. 

Speedup the system performance and free up the C drive by deleting unwanted files or moving to other drives and try again now.


The above solution has been apply only if you have problem with despatch module.
