Subject: Identification of online courses relevant to workshops planned for FY 2025-26

Key Directives:

Pre-Workshop Online Learning:

• A set of online courses aligned with workshop topics has been identified on the iGOT Karmayogi portal (links enclosed in Annexure-I).
• Participants must complete these courses before attending workshops and submit completion certificates for admission.

Purpose:

• Enhance foundational knowledge, allowing workshops to focus on advanced discussions, case studies, and interactive sessions.
• Ensure uniform preparedness via diagnostic assessments at the start of workshops.

Compliance:

• Training Institutes (TIs) must integrate these courses into refresher programs.
• Approved by Competent Authority.
