IT 2.0 issues Observed

i) Due to server problem in IT 2.0 PLI/RPLI collection amount not reflected in Wallet amount and transaction showing pending but sometimes the transactions already reflected in McCamish. Then for the solution we have to raise a ticket for cancellation of those wallet non reflected transactions, for proper accounting, although mismatch wallet adjustment option is available there.

ii) PLI/RPLI premium collected in IT 2.0 platform for HO and SO in not reflected in McCamish Day End Collection Report only premium collected in BOs is reflected. For HO & SO report accessible only for that particular office user in IT 2.0 module, there is no pli report provision in MIS Report card for all office.

iii) Revival amount of lapsed policies cannot be collected in IT 2.0 and also there is no provision available for Miscellaneous collection.

iv) Premium Updation procedure for pay recovery policies in IT 2.0 is also not in a clear state.

v) During drawing cheque using Miscellaneous Payment/Receipt in Treasury module, receipt and payment entry cannot be initiated collectively. Hence claim amount can't be paid to the customers in the policies where receipt/recovery exists. In this regarding ticket is already raised to cept but no solution came out till now.
