Subject: 25th Meeting for the Postal Sports Board held on 27.05.2025-regarding.

Sir/Madam,

I am directed to refer to the above-mentioned subject and to inform that during the 25th Meeting of the Postal Sports Board, at the request of the Circle representatives, the issue of conducting Sports Quota Recruitment with an equal number of vacancies/seats for each of the recognized sporting events was brought to the attention of the Competent Authority.

The Directorate is currently examining the proposal to allocate an equal number of vacancies/seats for each recognized sporting event under the Sports Quota Recruitment. In order to assess the feasibility and practical implications of implementing such a uniform distribution, all Postal Circles are requested to furnish their detailed comments. Comments should address potential operational challenges, candidates’ availability across various sports, the impact on overall recruitment, and any logistical or administrative considerations that may arise.

This issues with the approval of Competent Authority.
