Ref: This office letter of even no dated 14.11.2025 & 17.11.2025.

Please refer to this office letters cited above under reference regarding conduct of Mandatory Departmental Training for LSG (PO) Officials for consideration of promotion to HSG II cadre as required under Recruitment Rules.

In this regard, Directorate vide their letter No. 01-64/2009-Trg dated 08.12.2025 informed that, as per training policy 2012, PAs/SAs are directed to undergo 3 mid career training programmes (ADP, SDP, and SSDP) aligned with their progression under MACP. When official due for II MACP (i.e) HSG-II level, he/she may be brought under SDP. As such I am directed by the competent authority to request you not to depute the officials who have already undergone training on SDP (Supervisor Development Programme) to the above-mentioned two weeks Mandatory Departmental Training hence forth.

This is issued with the approval of DPS (HQ).
