Access Requirements:
- Portal URL: https://app.indiapost.gov.in/employeeportal
- Required Role: EST-DE-CRU (Master Data Entry – DO) o Master Data Entry activity is to be carried out by Division and the above role should be assigned by concerned RDA.
Upon successful login, the dashboard displays the following cards:
- Estt Review 2024
- Estt Review 2025 Select Estt Review 2025 to begin data entry for the current review cycle.
Establishment Master Data Module:
Clicking Establishment Master Data opens two sub-modules:
- Employee Master Data
- Office Master Data
Each module allows users to manage and validate establishment information received from circles.
Employee Master Data Entry
Accessing Employee Data
- Click Employee Master Data under the Establishment Master Data section.
- Select the desired Division from the dropdown list.
- Click Fetch Details.
The system displays a comprehensive table containing employee-level establishment records for all offices under the selected division.
Reviewing & Updating Employee Data
- The employee establishment data entered in 2024 is auto populated on the screen.
- Review each field carefully for accuracy.
- Modify the data where required.
- Ensure that all entries are precise and correctly reflect the establishment structure.
- Click Download Excel to export the displayed records.
- Cross-verify the data using the downloaded sheet.
- Submitting Updates After completing all modifications:
- Scroll to the bottom of the table.
- Click Submit to save the updated employee establishment information.
Office Establishment Master Data Entry
Accessing Office Data
- Click Office Master Data.
- Select the appropriate Division.
- Click Fetch Details.
Two tables will be displayed containing office-level establishment information for all offices in the division.
