View Signature in Finacle : CBS

Pre-requisite:

1. Internet Explorer 8 or higher version.
2. Java 7 with Update 17 or higher. 
3. Desktop Settings of Finacle - correctly Configured.

Settings to enable Signature in Finacle

• Java 7 with update 17 or higher Should be installed.
• Internet Explorer > Compatible view setting > un-check all options then remove indiapost.gov.in
• Open Internet Explorer > Press F12 > Developer > Browser mode : Internet Explorer

• Go to Control panel > Java > advanced > java plugin > Uncheck enable next generation then Restart your Internet Explorer to take effect.
• Remove auto update of Jave
• Remove multiple java versions. Clear cache in Java.
