Finding of New Account Number in DOP Finacle

Find New Account No. from old Account No

• After Migration, Account Number will be changed.
• Account Number is 10 digits and CIF Number contains 9 digits.
• Find a New A/c No from old A/C No using below menu.

Finacle Menu : CNAC Format Account Maintenance 

Old Account Number should be in the format of SOLID+Scheme Code + Old Account No.

1. SOLID means generally office code
2. Scheme Code(SB,RD,TD,MIS,SCS,KVP,NSC and NSS)
3. Old account number which is Sanchay post account number.

• Enter Old Account Number in the above format then press F4 / Submit to View the New Number.

• System will show the new account number, CIF id and name of the customer.
