General Details of Account in Finacle

DOP Finacle Menu : HACCDET - General Details of Accounts

1. Invoke the menu HACCDET enter the account number and click on GO as shown
2. Then the system will show the no of details such as

• CYI(Current Interest Year) of the SBA account.
• CIF id of the customer.
• Scheme code of the code
• Account status.
• Mode of operation.
• Total balance in the customer account as shown in the below figure

So make a practice to invoke the menu HACCDET to know the current year interest for SBA accounts before trying to close the account.
