Loan Account Closure in DOP Finacle

While Close a Loan Account in RD it may shows the error message 

E4221 - Ensure that the account and the shadow balances are zeros and restart the procedure

Solution

1. The above error occurs when the balance is not zero for the loan account. 
2. This means that payoff has not been done for the account. 
3. Please complete the payoff process and then close the loan account
