Followings are highlights of the changes:

1. Deposits / withdrawals can be done through any electronic mode CBS Post Offices.
2. Inter Post Office transactions can be done between CBS Post Offices.
3. ATM/Debit Cards can be issued savings bank holders of CBS Post Offices.
4. In case of deposits made in RD Accounts by cheques, the date of credit of cheque of Govt. Accounts shall be treated as date of deposit., contd....
