- All matters related to Marketing & Publicity and Brand Promotion.
- Marketing Research
- Social Media Monitoring & Campaigns
- Commission market studies/surveys amd engage consultants to test the market and improve the product portfolio
- Evolve market strategies, alliances and co operation to improve operations and increase parcel business
- Obtain inputs from Operating Division regarding performance of products and take measures as required to increase visibility and market share of India Post
