How to use the PMA Monitoring Utility ( V 1.1)?
Ø Download the file from Google Drive with the above link
Ø Copy all the files into a folder.
- Enter the data as per the data entry form
- Enter the office name as per the PMA MIS Report
- If you are familiar with access directly open the PMA_DB.mdb and copy
- and paste the values from your existing available data.
Ø Daily Report Generation:
- Run the PMA MIS report of your division through URL
- Copy all the data from the PMA MIS report with header (OFFICE NAME)
- Open excel and paste the data which is copied from MIS
- Save the file as PMA.CSV ( as CSV file) in the application folder
- Run the PMA.exe file to analyze the data.
- To view the report press F10 from the List Box in the application. You can
- also filter Sub Division wise, DSM Wise /MO Wise / Office wise reports to improve PMA Performance.
Ø To View the Sub Division Wise Usage & Delivery Percentage press F9 from the Sub Division List Box
