Subject: Discrepancy in data migrated in online transfer system - reg.

Madam/Sir,

I am directed to refer to the above mentioned subject and to say that it has been noticed that while migration of transfer requests in online transfer system, total of 113 transfer requests of the officials having less than one year of service has been migrated into the system.

2. Under prevailing instructions, officials having one year of service are eligible for transfer under Rule - 38. Only exception to this condition has been granted in cases of Compassionate appointees, Person with Benchmark Disabilities and employees / dependent family members suffering of Terminal illness.

3. Out of 113 transfer requests, 38 requests are found to be in above mentioned three categories, while remaining 75 cases pertain to General category, which should not have been migrated in the online transfer system.

4. In order to take a decision in above mentioned 113 cases, concerned Postal Circles are requested to re-verify date of appointment, date of application and category of special provision (General, Compassionate, Terminal illness, PwBD) and revert back latest by 09.11.2022.
