The President is pleased to accept the notice dated 20.12.2023 for voluntary retirement under Rule 48-A of the CCS Pension Rules (revised as Rule 43 of CCS (Pension) Rules, 2021) tendered by Shri Rakesh Kumar (IPOS:1992) of Indian Postal Service Group 'A' presently working as CPMG, Jharkhand Circle. Shri Rakesh Kumar is accordingly permitted to retire voluntarily from Government service with effect from 26.12.2023.
