    OFFICE MEMORANDUM

    Subject: Time Limit for disposal of DPG grievances - regarding

    The undersigned is directed to refer to this Directorate's OM of even number dated July 27, 2021 on the subject mentioned above and to state that the time limit for cases transferred by this Directorate stands revised from 45 days to 21 days, in line with the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances O.M No. S-15/21/2021-(PG)-DARPG (e-7085) dated August 23, 2024.

    2. The time limit for submitting case reports with respect to the grievances 'taken up' by DPG continues to be 30 days.

    3. The Ministries/Departments under the purview of this Directorate are requested to ensure that the time limits are strictly adhered to.

    4. This issues with the approval of Secretary (C&PG).
