📢 BCP Application – Quick Guide for Booking & Bagging (During Outage)

Purpose:
Use this app to continue Retail Booking & Bagging when system/network is down.

How to Use:
1. Download .exe & Master Data (.zip) from SFTP
2. Install .exe → Enter Office & Employee details
3. Upload Master Data from BCP Home Page
4. Do Day Begin → Perform transactions
5. Do Day End → Generate BCP file
6. Upload file via SYNC or Portal → https://app.indiapost.gov.in/bcpsolution
Important:
- Upload each system’s file separately
- Treasurer must post entries in APT online
- Generate TCB, DTR & Daily Account for reconciliation
Booking Allowed:
Speed Post (Parcel/Inland), Registered Letter, Book/Periodical Post, India Post Parcel Retail, Registered ILC/Post Card, eMO
Not Allowed:
- International & Bulk Booking, IPPB/POSB/PLI
File Upload Tips:
- If no network: transfer via Pen Drive/OTG
- Unzip before upload
Printer Setup:
Install msi.exe for dot matrix printing (APT specs).
Network Needed For:
Download exe/data, Upload files, View dashboards
