2. There would not be provision of applying against the tentative vacancies in this cycle, as GDS online engagement schedule is already delayed due to general elections. All the other provisions for transfer, including transfer on spouse grounds, order of priority etc. as elaborated this office letter of even (Copy enclosed), would continue to apply in this Cycle as well.
3. Subsequent to the release of the list of transfers approved, any decision on the issues, other than related to policy, shall be decided at the level of Head of Region/Head of Circle in accordance with the instructions issued in the past Technical issues may be resolved by Circles in consultation with CEPT.
4. You are requested to ensure that Divisions strictly adhered to the aforesaid time schedule and guidelines issued on the subject from time to time. CEPT is also requested to ensure that portal is seamlessly available for all concerned as per the schedule.
