Subject: Promotion of officials to Postal Services Group 'B' cadre

In continuation of previous notifications and based on the Limited Departmental Competitive Examination held on 29th November, 2022 for vacancy years 2018-2020, the Competent Authority has approved the promotion of the following officials to Postal Services Group 'B' cadre in Level-9 of Pay Matrix (Rs. 53,100/- to 1,67,800/-):

Key Points:

• Promotion is granted notionally from the date of joining of their immediate junior
• Actual promotion is effective from the date of assumption of charge in PS Gr. B cadre
• Officers will be eligible for notional pay fixation but not for any arrears until actual joining
• All terms and conditions from the notification dated 02.06.2022 remain applicable
