Subject: Temporary Commissioning of Ms. Disha Pannu (IPoS:2010), Director (Training), in Army Postal Service.

In pursuance of MS Br (MS 8B), IHQ of MoD (Army) letter No.36441/P/IV/APS/MS-8B dated 23.10.2025 A/T Addl DG APS and Addl DG APS letter No.90012/APS-1A dated 27.10.2025 and 13.11.2025, the services of Ms. Disha Pannu (IPoS:2010), Director (Training), Postal Directorate are placed at the disposal of Army Postal Services, consequent upon her Temporary Commissioning in the Army Postal Services in the acting rank of 'Colonel'. The officer will report to APS Centre, Kamptee on 07.12.2025 (A/N) for training and assume her rank accordingly. The commission will take effect from the date of assumption of duty as Temporary Commissioned officer at APS Centre, Kamptee.

Relevant charge reports along with addresses and telephone numbers may be sent to all concerned in due course.
