10 Key Demands by All India Postal Employees Union Postmen and MTS

Dear Comrades, Warm wishes to all of you.

My heartiest congratulations and Red Salute to you all for compilation of historical 30th Biennial All India Conference of AIPEU Postmen and MTS at Puri (Odisha) from 30th November–2nd December 2025. I personally from my core of heart warm greetings to the Reception Committee of Odisha Circle for magnificent arrangement of the All India Conference. Once again I ventilate warm greetings and Red Salute to the members of Reception Committee for their hard work, without, taking rest for one month 24X7. That's why it is the AIC reached up to historical success. All most all CHO office bearers, Circle Secretaries and allotted delegates to the Circle were participated in the AIC.

As per Confederation of Central Government Employees & Workers, Lunch Hour Demonstration is going to be held on 16th December 2025 with the following demands:

• Modify terms of reference
• Grant IR @ 20% DA with Basic Pay, Merge 50% DA with BP
• Scrap NPS/UPS-Restore OPS
• No distinction amongst the Pensioners
• Release 16 months DA
• Remove 5% ceiling on compassionate appointments
• Fill the vacancies
• Recognise all associations-allow democratic functioning of Assns.
• Implement Arbitration awards
• Regularize all GDS, contingent casual staff.

Therefore, the All India Postal Employees Union (Postmen and MTS) has decided that we will participate enthusiastically in this lunch hour demonstration program and make it a success in all circles.
