The President is pleased to order the promotion of Ms. Sumathi Ravichandran (IPoS:1987, retired) in the Higher Administrative Grade+ (HAG+) {Member, Postal Services Board} of Indian Postal Service, Group ‘A’ in Level-16 of Pay Matrix (¥2,05,400–2,24,400) on notional basis w.e.f. 03.05.2021 i.e. the date of promotion of her then immediate junior Ms Alka Jha (IPoS:1987) against the vacancy year 2021.
