Procedure to withdraw Rule 38 Transfer Request in APT 2.0

 

📌 Summary: Rule 38 Transfer Status (India Post – IT 2.0)

• Module Purpose:
  Allows employees to check the status of their Rule 38 transfer applications via the Department of Posts portal.
• Portal Options:
• Apply Transfer (Rule 38)
• Check Transfer Status
• View Transfer Schedule (Rule 38 & Rule 3)
• Rule 38 Allotment / Provisional Allotment
• Withdraw Request option
• Key Feature:
• Employees can withdraw their transfer request using the "Withdraw Request" button. Once withdrawn, the status changes from Applied → Withdrawn.
