Refund format/template for SBI POS failure cases

Please send email to following SBI team email ids for POS refund cases with template required template.

from today onwards, we have decided to settle all pending pos refund transactions through online portal through CEPT. All circles may provide the pending refund case to cept through Circle office email id only. we have emailed to all circles just now. please fill this data sheet and share a consolidated sheet with cept with copy to pmu. pls do it today for all pending refund. Responsibility of genuineness of claim will be of Circle only. pls see detailed email and email for early resolution
