Add Cart Not possible in GeM Portal and Check points to clear

Please ensure there are no contracts listed on the Bulk Cancellation / Pending CRACs Eligible Orders for cancellation details page since 2018 before proceeding with this cart


Step 1: Bulk Order Cancellation

Clear Bulk Order Cancellation by using the following Link

https://mkp.gem.gov.in/bulk_cancellation#!/bulk_cancellation_details

Step 2: Pending CRAC

  • List of pending CRAC product shipments for contracts placed before 15 December 2023.
  • Please follow the steps below to close these shipments so that the contracts are not displayed as pending.
Procedure for Close/Complete the pending shipments:
  • Go to Product Orders > All Contracts.
  • Search for the contract number listed in below Pending CRACs Table. If you have buyer and consignee both roles, then use the Consignee View.
  • Click Process Order.
  • Enter quantities in Accepted/Rejected fields and other required details.
  • Verify the CRAC against any accepted quantity.
  • Process the bill as per the GeM billing workflow.
Note : Pending CRAC can only be processed by Consignee role. If you are buyer of any pending CRAC contract, kindly ask your consignee to complete the CRAC as per the above steps.

Step 3: Cart Restricted Contracts

List of pending Cart Restricted Contracts placed before 15 December 2023.

Once you cleared all the three steps, you can add the product into Cart without any problem.
