OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Sub:- Grant of Grace Marks to non-qualified candidates of AAO LDCE 2024 and re-evaluation of answer sheets of AAO LDCE 2024- disposal of various representations thereof- regarding.

With reference to the representations received in connection with various grievances related to grant of grace marks to the candidates who failed to qualify in one or more papers and re-evaluation of answer sheets of AAO LDCE 2024 held from 08.01.2025 to 11.01.2025, the following are hereby conveyed:

(i) There is no provision for awarding grace marks/bonus marks in the relevant instructions issued for examination of AAO LDCE 2024.

(ii) As per Rule 15 of Appendix 37 to Postal Manual Volume IV Part II, "Revaluation of answer books: Revaluation of answer scripts is not permissible in any case or under any circumstances."

Accordingly, total 13 representations received as per Annexure are hereby disposed of. This issues with the approval of the competent authority.
