I am directed to refer to this Office' letter of even number dated 28.01.2026 on the subject cited above, vide which the report submitted by the Committee under the Chairmanship of Sh. K. Prakash, CPMG Karnataka was sent to all Circles and Associations for comments, by 10.02.2026.

However, requisite information is still awaited from your Circle/Association.

It is, therefore, requested that inputs in the matter may be furnished to this Directorate, within a week, so that the matter may be examined further.
