Subject: Agitations/ dharna by Joint Council of Postal Employees - reg.

Madam/ Sir,

I am directed to forward herewith a notice number PF-2/PJCA-2026 dated 6.04.2026 received from the Joint Council of Postal Employees (JCPE) along with their charter of demands and notifying that it has been decided that phase wise agitational programmes in purusance of their long pending demands will be observed as under:'

PROGRAMME

17.04.2026 : Lunch hour demonstration at all level and submission of Memorandum to Secretary (Posts) and DG (Posts).

24.04.2026 : Demand Badge wearing programme at all level.

The said Notice of JCPE bearing the signature of General Secretaries, All India Postal Employees' Union Postmen and MTS, All India RMS & MMS Employees Union Group 'C', All India RMS & MMS Employees Union Mail Guard & MTS Group 'C', All India Postal Account's Employees Association, All India Postal Administrative offices' Employees union Group C including MTS, All India Postal SBCO Employees' Association and All India Gramin Dak Sevaks Union.

All the Circle Heads are requested to take necessary action at their end.
