1. Background and Introduction

The BI Dashboard is a centralized analytics platform under APT. It consolidates transactional data from operational applications and presents it through graphical and tabular reports for performance monitoring, trend analysis, target tracking, and decision-making. It supports monitoring at Directorate, Circle, Region, Division, and Sub-Division levels.

2. Roles Required

Role-based access is mandatory.
