Procedure for Updating Agent Status (Ineligible to Eligible) in McCamish

Please follow the steps below to convert an agent from "Ineligible" to "Eligible":

• Navigate to Agent Management and select the applicable agent profile.
• Under the agent name tab, locate the "Eligible for procurement commission" field.
• Update the status from "Ineligible" to "Eligible".
• Submit the changes to finalize the update.
• Note: This activity is mandatory exclusively for DE and GDS agents.
