The First Postal Training Centre (PTC) in India at Saharanpur

Behind every letter delivered and every parcel received is a workforce trained to serve the nation.

Established in 1951 under the vision of Shri Rafi Ahmed Kidwai, the Postal Training Centre, Saharanpur, the first Postal Training Centre in India - has spent 75 years preparing generations of Dak Karmayogis.

With modern digital learning facilities, the centre trains nearly 3,000 postal employees annually, strengthening India Post's last-mile network across northern India.
