Subject: Inviting Nominations for the Workshops on Supply Chain Management (SCM) & Leadership and Innovation Management (LIM) scheduled to be held from 26 to 30 October 2026 at the Asian-Pacific Postal College, Bangkok, Thailand.

Reference: Communication from Asian-Pacific Postal Union (APPU), Bangkok, vide Letter No. 26/25/221(26)-VS/yy & 26/26/222(26)-VS/ss dated 11.08.2026.

Nominations are invited for participation in the workshops.

Workshop Objectives:

SCM: Strengthen understanding of e-commerce supply chains, strategies, and technologies in postal operations, focusing on international mail and last-mile delivery.

LIM: Develop leadership skills and foster innovation culture among postal managers through exercises, case studies, and exposure to best practices.

Target Audience:

Instructions:

• Nominations must be forwarded by 21 September 2026.
• Officers must confirm availability for the full duration.
• Non-attendance after nomination may lead to debarment from training for one year.
• Deputation only after communication from Training Division.
