Postman 7.9 COD Post Sorting Menu Disabled
In Most of the Offices COD Menu has been Disabled due to non availability of ePayment facility or wrong configuration.
While trying to invoice the eVP parcel/Letters It shows an windows like Manual invoicing.
Solution
- Both the EVP and COD delivery option only available for ePayment configured Offices.
- Follow the below instruction to enable eVP and COD option in Postman Module for ePayment enabled offices
To enable COD and EVP Invoice in Postman
- Login Postman 7.9 Supervisor > Environment Uncheck Non ePayment S.O. and click OK
- Restart the Postman Application Once to take effect.
- Now eVP and COD Options are enabled for Invoicing.
