Solution

Method 1:

Execute Below Query, replace DOP with your SQL Servername

exec sp_serveroption @server='DOP', @optname='rpc', @optvalue='TRUE'
exec sp_serveroption @server='DOP', @optname='rpc out',@optvalue='TRUE'
