SB Order 04/2015: Reconciliation Certificate in case of a difference in name of Deceased Depositor / Investor

Reconciliation Certificate under Rule 87(15) of POSB Manual Vol-I and 50(6) of POSB Manual Vol-II.

If there is difference in the name of the deceased depositor / investor, the claimant will apply to the concerned Head of the Postal Division / Head of the GPO / Gazetted HO for the issue of reconciliation certificate by giving an application in manuscript declaring the facts supported by documentary evidences if any and two witnesses with  their ID and address Proof.
