Speed Net Communication - Common Error Noticed and Solution

Common Error in Speed Net Communication

Speed Net Communication files are not transmitting properly even executed the same in regular interval. The above said issue found due to old entry available in hosts file / sify connectivity problem. Follow the instructions given by CEPT Mysore.

1. Meghdoot Server details not configured . Details for Meghdoot server are taken from the configuration done under 'Supervisor --> Master --> Environment --> Folder Paths' window. Hence, ensure that this information is correct. In case of any difference, please reconfigure the above correctly and check . 

2. HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable Please do the following and check speednet communication: Open the hosts file (c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc) and check for an entry as shown below: Speednetmsg.ptcmysore.gov.in If above entry exists, delete that and add a fresh entry as shown below: 

103.244.127.226 speednetmsg.ptcmysore.gov.in 

If the issue is not resolved , please raise a ticket with SIFY.
