Postman Module : Search Utility
- Open "Postman" application
- Login as PA/Supervisor
- Click on "Q" icon or go to Tools menu and select "Enquiry" option
- Select "article type", set "entry from date" beyond the booking date of article
- Click on "Find" button. You will get results if article received at your office.
- Check in "Generate a reply" check box
- Enter details in "Complaint from" and "Ref.Number " , select "Generate Reply" if you wish to reply only or select "Attested Copy" radio button if you wish to reply with addressee signature.
- Go to "file" menu and select "print". Now your reply ready to disposal.
