Training Period can be taken eligibility period for IPO Examination

As per the letter no . [G.I., M.H.A. (D.O.P.&A.R.)O.M. No. 14034/5/81-Estt. (D), dated the 8th March, 1983] it has been said that the period of training before appointment to be treated as 'duty' for eligibility to sit for departmental examinations.
