3% fitment pay benefit from the date of joining in PM Grade I officials

3% payment fitment is now sanctioned for passing PM Grade I, non-hierarchy LDC exams on merit from their date of joining in PM Grade I posts. (Applicable to MACP I, II, III officials passing PM I after their MACPs)
