Offline Application Update in RICT DARPAN Devices through Pen Drive at Branch Post Office

OFFLINE PROCEDURE TO UPDATE THE APPS IN RICT DEVICES

NOTE:- ONLY UPDATED WHEN DM CLIENT UPDATED TO LATEST VERSION

• Login MDM Portal https://172.16.20.64:9445/dop/home
• Go to Device Management

• Enter Device ID or Branch Office Name -> Account Office & select form the list

• Click on Apply Filter

• Click on Prepare Jobs under Offline Device Management

Add jobs Under Manage Application for creating a Single Package to update through PEN Drive

• Add all jobs and click on Proceed button 

• Click on Generate Package and then Click on Download Package
• Copy the downloaded package in RICT Pendrive

RICT Devices:

• Insert Pendrive on RICT Device which the device is going to update
• Click on Offline and Click Offline JOBS
• Machine will get updated with latest applications in 5-10 Minutes
