Subject: Clarification regarding deployment of staff at the Delivery Centre – reg.
This has reference to Delhi Circle e-mail dated 17th June 2025 on the above referred subject requesting thereby clarifications on staff deployed at the proposed Delivery Centres.
2. The queries forwarded by Delhi Circle has been examined. The reply to each of the query of the Delhi Circle is as given below:

| 1. | Who will be reporting authority of the staff deployed in the IDC/DC. | Staff deployed in the Delivery Centre will work under the overall supervision of supervisory/ Manager of Delivery Centre. supervisory/Manager of Delivery Centre will report to the Divisional Head. |
| 2. | Kindly clarify the cadre of the Supervisor Post to be deployed in IDC/DC (i.e. HSG-I, HSG-II, or LSG). | PS Group 'B'/ASP/HSG-II/HSG-II/IP/LSG level officer may be posted in Delivery Centre in supervisory/Manager role as per existing Establishment guidelines. |
3. Delhi Circle is requested to take further necessary action to operationalized the Phase I Delivery Centre by 30th June, 2025.
