Sub.: Accounting of PLI premium recovery from the salaries of the employees of the Department of Posts (HRMS policies)- reg.

This is regarding Accounting of PLI premium recovery from the salaries of the employees of the Department of Posts (Pay policies/HRMS) after PLI-GL integration.

In this regard, it is intimated that consumption of HRMS files in McCamish is based on office code (HO/SO/BO) but in CSI HR, DDOs/NCDDOs are associated with facility ID of their office and there is no concept of office code based mapping in CSI HR. As a result, the HRMS files are partially consumed in McCamish and there remains un-reconciled balance in pay recovery GL.

Therefore, it is requested to kindly issue necessary instruction to the DDOs/NCDDOs under your jurisdiction to reconcile premium amount deducted from the salary of DoP employees with the successful HRMS transaction reports of McCamish and to make necessary manual accounting entries of unreconciled amount in CSI-SAP as it is being done before PLI-GL integration to liquidate the outstanding balance in pay recovery GL 8844600363.
