Revised SOP for Outsource Creation and Temporary Arrangement in APT environment

1. Maker Checker Flow removed in Outsource Creation.

2. Now, only subdivision, division head can create outsource resources(No need of Approval).

3. Roles Required:

• Temporary Arrangement Supervisor
• With this role, both outsource creation and temporary arrangement can be done.

4. Modification allowed already created outsource resources(PAN and Bank Details can be modified).

5. Modification/Cancelled allowed for Temporary Arrangements.

6. Reports to view created outsource resources and temporary arrangements are made available in both subdivision and division logins.
