Guidance on Day Begin Error in BO Mobile IMA Application

Dear RO ADs/DHs/SDHs/DOs,
It has come to our attention that some Branch Offices are encountering a "day begin" error when logging into BO mobiles. This issue is likely related to the IMA application, which was under scheduled maintenance from 10:00 PM last night to 7:00 AM today, and is not a problem with the McCamish system.

The matter has been escalated to the CEPT and IMA teams for resolution.

To avoid this error, please advise all Branch Postmasters (BPMs) to initiate the day begin process only after 7:00 AM today. The issue is expected to be fully resolved by that time.
