Agreement with ALIMCO

✅ The Department of Post has entered into an agreement with the Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India (ALIMCO).

✅ ALIMCO is a Schedule ‘C’, Mini-Ratna Category II Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPwD), Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment.

✅ Its core mandate is to manufacture and distribute high-quality, affordable aids and assistive devices to Divyangjan and other beneficiaries.

NAF Facility Activation

✅ The NAF facility has been activated under:

• Customer ID: 5000015840
• Contract ID: 41180884

✅ This collaboration is under the cognizance of the Hon’ble Minister of Communications and is critically important.

✅ Circles are requested to issue necessary instructions to all mapped booking offices for immediate action.

Additional Instructions

✅ Circles must ensure that good quality photographs are taken at the time of booking and delivery of these parcels during the project's commencement.

This issues with the approval of the competent authority.
