✅ Case Dispositions

Approved & Recommended:

• 92 candidates with the highest RMP scores were approved for appointment.
• Allotment to specific cadres (PA/SA, PM/MG, MTS) and divisions was made based on merit, eligibility, and vacancy.

Referred to Next CRC:

• 27 cases were deferred due to a lack of vacancies and will be considered in the next CRC meeting.
• Rejected:
• 26 cases were rejected.
• Primary Reason: Paucity of vacancies, with many cases having been considered three times previously as per Directorate instructions.
• Notable Exception: One case was rejected as the applicant (married daughter) was found not to be indigent at the time of the employee's death.

⚠️ Important Instructions & Conditions

1. No Future Upgradation: Candidates who accept lower posts (e.g., Postman/MTS) due to vacancy constraints cannot later request a higher post on compassionate grounds. A declaration to this effect must be obtained.
2. No Change in Posting: Allotment is final as per candidate preference; requests for division changes will not be entertained.

4. Appointment is liable to termination if any information is found false.
5. The employee must maintain other dependent family members.
6. Pre-Appointment Formalities: All required documents (educational, caste, medical fitness, character & antecedent forms) must be submitted promptly. Provisional appointment can be issued pending verification to avoid delays.

• Roster Adjustment: Appointments must be adjusted against the direct recruitment quota and in the relevant community roster (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/General).
• Typing Test: Mandatory for compassionate appointees below 45 years in PA/SA and Postman/Mail Guard cadres.
• Deadline: All pre-appointment formalities must be completed by October 17, 2025, with joining reports submitted by October 31, 2025.
