Digital POSB Passbook : A Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1 – Initial Login

• Open the Dak Sewa app.
• Tap ‘Services’.
• Select ‘POSB E-Passbook’.
• Enter any 10-digit mobile number to receive the first OTP.
• Enter the 6-digit OTP sent to that number to complete initial login.

Step 2 – Link Your Account

• Enter your POSB Account Number and your registered mobile number.
• A second OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.
• Enter that OTP to verify and link your account.

Step 3 – Access Your Dashboard

Once verified, you can:

✅ Check your balance

✅ View a mini statement

✅ Download a detailed statement
