Old (Existing) Cash Loading Procedure

• Menu Path: CTM menu with AccountID: SOLID+0006 -> Withdrawal option.
• Transaction Particulars Format: Enter "Cash loading <ATM ID> <date of cash loading>".
• Example: For loading ₹15 lakh at ATM ID DOPN0001 on 01 Jan 2021, enter:

• Cash loading DOPN0001 01-01-2021

New Cash Loading Procedure

• Menu Path: CTM menu with AccountID: SOLID+0005 -> Withdrawal option.
• Transaction Particulars Format: Enter "Cash loading <ATM ID> <date of cash loading>".
• Example: For loading ₹15 lakh at ATM ID DOPA0001 on 19 Jul 2025, enter:
• Cash loading DOPA0001 19-07-2025

Key Change:

The primary difference is the Account ID used in the CTM menu, changing from SOLID+0006 (Existing) to SOLID+0005 (New). The format for entering transaction particulars remains the same.
