Subject: Courses on the iGOT Marketplace Launched by Karmayogi Bharat and Mandatory Completion of AI & Cybersecurity Course - reg.

This is in reference to the DO letter no. CEO/Karmayogi/2026/2001- 2 dated 20.01.2026 from the CEO, Karmayogi Bharat, regarding the launch of the iGOT Marketplace under Mission Karmayogi.

Under this initiative, Karmayogi Bharat has launched a dedicated digital learning platform offering a wide range of high-quality and advanced online courses curated and delivered by eminent national and international universities. These courses, aimed at enhancing professional competencies, domain & functional skills of Government employees, are being made available free of cost to all iGOT users. The list of such courses, arranged theme-wise for ease of reference and selection, has been provided in Annexure-I. Further, in view of rapidly evolving technology and emerging governance challenges, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Cybersecurity have assumed critical importance. It is imperative that all Government officials are adequately sensitised to contemporary developments, associated risks, and the responsible application of AI and Cybersecurity in public administration. In this context, all employees have to complete at least one course each on Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity by 31st March 2026, relevant to their respective roles and levels, from the list enclosed at Annexure-II.

All Heads of Circles / Training Institutes / Divisions / Offices are requested to kindly encourage all employees under their administrative control to enroll in and complete these courses for enhancing their professional competencies and capacity building, and to ensure that they complete at least one course each on Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity by 31st March, 2026.
