Subject: Implementation of e-Office system Across All Postal Units by 28th February, 2026-reg.

The Hon’ble Minister of State for Communications has directed that all Chief Postmaster Generals (CPMGs) must implement the e-Office system across their respective Circles, Regions, Divisions, Sub-Divisions, Head Post Offices, and Sub Post Offices in a time-bound manner, with the deadline being 28th February, 2026.

It is further directed that in case of non-implementation by any Circle within the stipulated timeline, complete facts and details must be furnished to this office.

The Hon’ble Minister has also directed that the exercise be undertaken by the concerned CPMG and their Subordinate Officers/Staffs on a war-footing basis to ensure timely and effective implementation of the e-Office system.
